An intensely rich apple flavour with a dry finish makes this a standout from the many other ‘Scrumpy’ style ciders. Pours a clear, pale golden colour with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out medium apple sweetness, with a little farmhouse funk, and some light tannins. Flavour is quite sweet for a scrumpy, with very little farmhouse character, with medium sweet apples.
